    Minimise sensitive data
    Consent-controlled analytics

    The short version

Share only what is useful for the first conversation.

Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive personal information through the public contact or booking forms. Describe the context at a high level. If protected information is genuinely needed, Navigate can establish an appropriate exchange after scope and fit are understood.

    01

    Who this policy covers

Navigate Agents is Navigate's applied AI research, engineering and operating lab. In this policy, “Navigate Agents”, “Navigate”, “we” and “us” refer to the Navigate organisation responsible for this website and the enquiry you make through it.

This policy applies to navigateagents.com, including its contact and booking experiences. It does not automatically govern a later client or Venture Partner engagement, which may have its own agreement and privacy terms.

    02

    Information you choose to provide

When you send a written enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, selected enquiry route and the message you provide.

When you schedule an Opportunity Review, Cal.com processes the booking information you enter, such as your contact details, scheduling preferences and notes.

We use this information to understand, route and respond to your enquiry; prepare for a conversation; assess fit; maintain appropriate records; and protect the website from misuse.

    03

    Website and analytics data

The site may receive ordinary technical information required to deliver a web page, such as IP address, browser, device, request time and referring page. Hosting and security providers may process this information in their service logs.

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics may collect information about page views, navigation, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and interactions with the site. We use this to understand whether the site is useful and where it can be improved.

Analytics consent is optional. You can change it at any time using “Manage cookies” below or in the site footer.

    04

    Service providers

We use a limited set of providers to operate this website. These may include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Google Analytics for consent-controlled measurement, Formspree for written enquiries and Cal.com for scheduling.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may operate infrastructure in other countries. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete an organisational transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information.

    05

    Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and context. No public website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

    06

    Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.

To make a privacy request, email info@navigateagents.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can decline analytics cookies without losing access to the public content of the website.

    07

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this site.
